Nice simple hotel within walking distance to shops at Pantai Lido, with a small.waterslides that the kids loved

The rooms are very clean. Recently refurbished. Bathrooms are huge and modern. Styling is a bit outdated, but everything's new except for the fridge. I guess it's still working so why change them, right. All other furniture were new. Even the walls looked recently painted.

The mattress was a bit soft for me. They're new, but the firmness is not to my preference. Some other people might like medium firmness like that.

Sahur food for both days were actually delicious. Room was nice, bed was comfy. Tv has multiple channels, staff were helpful and always smiling. Love the room, the vibe, pretty lights, nice space overall.

Upon entry, we loved the room but the toilet was smelly and the toilet floor was sticky and slippery when wet. The toilet was the only thing we hated with passion. Second day was better as we had cleaners came in and it was much better.

Comfy bed and pillow, spacious room complete with kitchenette, sink, sofa, medium size fridge. Great aircond and the temperature can be adjust. A swimming pool with a basic water theme park concept. Delicious breakfast. Not so much choices of food but just nice for a morning breakfast.

The toilet bowl concept with a modern no classic bidet. It is difficult for kids because the modern auto bidet can detect only adults. The walking path besides the pool also can be improve because the small stones used is a little bit sharp. We have to step only on the square white tiles.

Love the pool, huge and fun for the kids. However, not too well-maintained.

Breakfast buffet is not that great - understandable due to no crowdBed is not too comfyFan in the room is super dustyTV channels is so limited. Wifi is not efficient at all. Use my own Wifi throughout the stay.

during sleeping hour i can know total how many of motorcycle, car, and ambulance passed by. lol.

This is definitely a value for money place. Rooms are spacious, location is good and service was excellent. We requested for a birthday decoration to surprise our friends and the staff did an excellent job.

Breakfast could be better

The pool was not well-maintained and was seems slightly dirty. Cat go inside the restaurant where we had breakfast at melor house.

pool, parking and room size are nice to stay with family.

Value for money for a 3 bedroom suite. Pool was good fun.Staff very friendly.

Dont really like toilet bidet; preferred normal bidet as the 'aim' and pressure of toilet bidet not really good.Across from Belle Time Mall but need to get Grab to go there as the nearest overheard bridge is not really accessible and safe to get there.Breakfast was quite poor; lack of variety is a minor issue but main issues are we can be for breakfast at 9am (bfast till 10am) and the food left a bit with no topup. Nasi lemak sambal is so little with more oil than the sambal even if we arrived early at 8.30am. And the juices are not topup than a few days, they were empty. The coffee maker dispenses droplets of hot water that is would be better just to give hot water dispenser. One day, i had aftertaste if coffee from my tea which means the cups likely not washed properly.It is ok not to have cooking facilities in the room kitchen but there is not even microwave.I would only recommend this hotel for the room and if u plan to take grab to spend most times out

Spaciousness of the suite

The breakfast (predawn meal during Ramadhan) was underwhelming. Food is not served on time and although food order was taken the day before the staff still asked us what our orders were. Even so, the order that came was not even correct.

Breakfast is not warm and can see some ants around the coffee machine.Would be good to have a place at showering area to put the showering gel, etc. had to put them on the showering area floor while bathing

We came down on the 2nd day at 5:00 am. However the kitchen wasn't ready; our food was ready at 5:30 am. In addition, I requested for porridge but I got nasi lemak instead.

Had stayed at the hotel abt 2 to 3 times. And we certainly enjoyed the room. It's spacious, ample of space and comfortable.

Sorry to say the food ( breakfast ) is not up to standard even my child comment on the food...?

The Staff Super Friendly.... The swimming pool facilities is Superbbb.... Will be coming again....

None so far.... If possible install android TV for netflix....

High-tech toilet seat. Honestly, that is the only thing that I like. I chose this place because it is near to the location that I am going for my business.

Strong cigarette-smoke smell in the room, especially in the toilet. Have asked the Housekeeping to spray sanitizer/perfume in the room, but the smell is still there. Room is quite dirty, with dusty furniture. Iron & iron board were available in the room, but are in a very poor condition (torn iron board & electrical wire). Minimum choice of food for breakfast.
